This is not a review of the hotel as such. I did not stay there as they were full. When stranded in Paisley the staff did their best to find another hotel in the area for me. As all were full due to Glasgow Airport closing during a snow storm, they gave me a phone charger and let me get my bearings and a quick boost before heading off to an AirBnB (their idea). Thank you Ladies, I really appreciate your help!

Lovely room, amazing bed, really friendly team. 4 stars because the breakfast was okay but not as good as the rest of the standards set by the hotel. Would stay here again though!

Very welcoming staff and experience all round. Ideally positioned for all the facilities that Paisley and Glasgow have to offer. Rooms so comfortable and homely.

Great and wonderful people to deal with. Arrived a little later than expected and were very understanding when our other part of our party was going to be late 1a.m. thank you to them.

Quaint old (1795) mansion converted into a 15 room hotel. Gorgeous old wooden casings, stone or marble fireplace mantles, modern washroom/shower facilities & electrics. Owners are wonderful hosts! A daily, Continental breakfast with hot porridge, tea or coffee OR scrambled or 2 Boiled eggs, OR bacon, with toast are available at extra cost. Afternoon tea is served daily 10:00am to 3:00pm (Teas, coffee, soft drinks, & bottled water are available) Menu for evening dinner (6:30-8:15) is in photos. NOTE: 1) THERE IS NO LUNCH SERVICE!!! 2) THERE IS NO DINNER SERVICE ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY!!!! Please see photos for more info. Only Room 8 is on ground floor. All others involve climbing stairs to upper floor! Entrance to building requires climbing 8 steps. Very nice, quiet & quaint. Short walk to train, buses, shopping & restaurants.
