Went in today and have to say the staff were friendly, chatty and extremely helpful. I had a Hollywood wax done and it was practically painless and I would 100% recommend the treatment and the business . I will also add that this was my first Hollywood wax and they made me feel safe and reassured about the process. 10/10 will revisit .

I went to Deborah's Beauty in The City on February the 9th. I got my appointment via the Treatwell website in order to get a discount. So I went to this beauty institute for a Hollywood waxing. My beautician (Irin) was very welcoming, nice and friendly. Regarding the treatment in itself, everything was perfect. The beautician made sure I was feeling comfortable during the whole waxing. I will definitely go again.

Booked 3 treatments for 10am. Got a call at 9.10 to say the therapist was locked in her house and wouldn't know when she would be in the salon. They did not have anyone else to carry out the facial or massage. I had this booked for over a week as I'm going away tomorrow and cancelled a massage closer to home to go here. I was told I could go in for my manicure but that was it, not even with an offer of a discount, would i like to re-schedule my facial or anything. Girl on the phone lacked customer service skills. When I got the call I was already on route driving to Glasgow to attend my appointment. This is very poor service, now I will not be able to get treatments elsewhere at this short notice. Somehow I do not believe the story of the therapist being locked in her house either. Definitely will not be treating a agin and would avoid is possible!!!!

I booked a Guinot Hydradermie Lift facial. I got to an extremely tired, slightly unclean looking treatment room, nothing about the therapist nor the equipment looked hygienic. I stayed, hoping that she would be good. Additionally, without asking me anything, the therapist began the facial. Having used Guinot for years, I felt the products didn't smell familiar - half way through her cleansing my face, I asked if they were Guinot and she said no. they were Environ (which does not suit me at all) - therefore I asked why I was'nt given the treatment I had booked for - she ran out of the room in confusion. I dressed and came out to be greeted by equally flustered staff - I therefore walked out. Admittedly, it was nice that the owner called me the same evening, apologised and offered me a complimentary treatment. However, with so many choices out there, I don't believe you have the ability to employ staff you can't trust to offer good service to new clients and then call back to apologise. I am sorry, I don't think I have any confidence to let another person at this salon touch my face.
