Best Site. Safe water. Good shop and park for kids. Stones throw from bala. Fun but quiet by 11. Plenty of green areas left for ball games.

Just come back from 12 days at Glanllyn lakeside caravan park , having had a wonderdul time. Megan the site owner was very helpful and was willing to take in an eBay delivery of a kayak for us,to the site . We had fantastic weather apart from one day of unheard of torrential rain, some areas of the site were flooded and the site staff worked hard getting in a farmer's tractor and browser to extract the water away from the tents ,which they did successfully and got the camp back to normal . In all the times we have visited we have never experienced anything like this. If your looking for a relaxed place to stay with direct access to the lake and gorgeous surroundings then this is the place to stay. We loved it and cannot wait to return soon . Loz and Jo x

camped there may Bank holiday beautiful site facilities very clean. owner is great . only problem is people that think its ok to put there tent up so close the guide lines cross each other. will definitely go again
