Wish I could leave 0 stars! A family member went in sever pain, diagnosed a blood clot but sent her home! She was on holiday at the time and couldn't get home due to the pain. Went back into hospital and wanted to arrange transport home. A nurse called Jackie Williams said 'why did you come here in the first place then, go to your own' and was extremely rude!! God help anyone not from Wales enters their doors! If anyone of the nurses travelled outside of wales and got sick they would get much better care without DISCRIMINATION!! It's a shocking hospital. 'More priority cases' they said. Patients were walking around the ward laughing and joking and our family member was in so much pain she couldn't walk/barely talk and got sent home like that. Should be ashamed!!
