Rude on reception. No appointments. Have to run a gauntlet of people "paid" to come between you and the doctor, continuously try to stop medicines that work so you can work. Wonder why the NHS is broke it spends money employing people who are there to make life difficult. Since when did we have to remember which river we are without a paddle? Worse than being in an infant school

I fully understand and sympathise the extremely long wait to see a doctor has nothing to do with the receptionist that work here, or neither can they do anything to help. I don't understand why they are rude and patronising. Manners and smiling is free...a smile goes a long way!

I have a great deal of sympathy for NHS staff and understand the difficulties they face but this surgery is at crisis point and I fear a major incident is about to happen. It is impossible to get to see your assigned team doctor, difficult to get an appointment at all so you are forced to wait in line at the emergency service, whether or not you are an emergency. The staff are clearly frustrated at the situation. Many are kind and considerate but it also has to be said some are rude, patronising and unprofessional. You go to the doctor because you and sick and vulnerable so there is never any excuse for this behaviour. I am posting this not to vent anger or unduly criticise staff I genuinely believe something serious is about to happen. The surgery management team and the appropriate authorities need to listen to the public and act now before it is too late.

Put a repeat prescription into surgery by hand, one week later went to collect it ,the receptionist said its not here have you not been before now to collect it, well no that is why im here now (why would i be there if i had collected it already), She went in back room again and handed it to me as she muttered something and i said sorry as i did not hear what she muttered.She did not repeat what she had muttered she is incredibly rude and unhelpful.The manager of this surgery needs to sort out the recepionists or employ someone who is polite to patients.This is not the first time i have been spoken to rudely and im sure it will not be the last.Not even a hello thankyou or goodbye.

Waited in line for 30 mins was number 7 finally got to numer 1 in the que to be pushed back to number 3 and when i did finally get thro they dont have appoinments for 2 weeks bloody joke this place
