Had an awful experience at this place. I question whether the eyelash technician was trained at all! As she was putting on the semi-permanent lashes, i felt glue dripping into my eye, when i tried to open my eye, it had been completely glued shut. It was so so painful and it took the technician- who is also the salon manager- 25 minutes to prise my eye open. I asked her to take off the cheap and heavy lashes which she did in complete silence! She did not apologise, just commanded me to lie back whilst she tried to get them off. It was such a shame as the hairdresser did I great job but I will not be going back there! I was still charged £47 for a root tint (even though I booked it on Treatwell for £37), was treated terribly and received absolutely no apology. Funnily enough, I can't write a review on Treatwell because they have put my appointment as "cancelled".

Outstanding customer service from all staff and Dawn the stylist is fantastic at cutting short hair (bob) especially my fine hair. - wow she’s brings life back into my hair again. Outstanding!! Thanks Dawn

If you don't do making appointments then give this place a very wide berth. The only good thing about the place is that it's ten minutes from where I live, not to mention the price. Probably the best thing to do is make an appointment you know you won't be able to keep then, next time you DO go in, just say that you forgot - forgetting isn't a crime.
