Been many times before but came for breakfast today. Staff are exceptionally friendly and service was very quick. Chose from the menu a big brunch with scrambled eggs. Hot, well seasoned and good quality food. They've also introduced more vegan options onto the menu so there are plates for everyone. Good place to take some time out and enjoy a good meal.
The food was really good, having the brunch would recommend for a big breakfast. However the large orange juice was room temperature and from concentrate, not what I expected from a £3.65 drink, wouldn't have been suprised if it came straight from the own brand carton from the next door Tesco.

Good location. The food was pretty good, although the burger was burnt so couldn't finish it. Came in a good amount of time. Colouring for the kids so they don't get bored. Average value for money. The decoration around the restaurant was good and child friendly. Would recommend.
A fire alarm and the gas getting cut off would ruin most restaurant going experiences. Not so today. The staff were amazing, looked after our two young children ensuring they had something to eat and keep them happy. We were provided with yummy food, once the gas was back on and their attitude throughout was exemplary. The staff were truly fantastic. Thank you very much for looking after us.
Decent enough breakfast but the booth we sat in had definitely seen better days, despite us being what looked like the first customers our table wasn't very clean there was a hair on it and what I found most objectionable was a 10% tip was added to the bill. I have no issue giving a tip for good service but I thought the fact that it was added automatically for just the two of us having breakfast was quite rude.
Really loved the food I had the new VEGAN up-beet-burger and it was delicious, although a little bit steep on the price it's well worth it and it also is a pro. Because if it was any cheaper I'd be tempted to buy it all the time and my diet would go out the window . The atmosphere of the café/restaurant was really nice, music was a good choice. The staff were very helpful and saw to us very quickly, I would say this is a great place for kids or even adults because it being such a relaxing atmosphere anyone of whatever age can enjoy it. Would definitely recommend if either looking for a bite to eat or getting a proper dinner to eat in.
Monday evening, empty, so that's good. Good variety of dishes. Food delivery to table fairly quick. Food tastiness average. Very friendly and helpfull waitress, but no checkup on drink refills. High end pricing. Parking comes off Tesco 3hr allowed parking if using Tesco car park in spite of what we were told by Giraffe staff.
