Decent burger. Chips were a bit greasy. Not the btst value either. On the plus side they're good with allergens and great with sustainability ie not using single use plastics. Wasn't busy at all at the watford branch. Plenty of people in town though. They didn't have the kids menu in place at the time. Not sure why.

The customer service was very on-point and covid procedures were put in place and practiced well by staff...the burgers were of course amazing!

Never had a bad burger here. Reasonably priced for the quality of the food, with plenty of options. They regularly I introduce new burgers to the menu so never gets boring. Has a chhill atmosphere with lots of space, never had to wait for a table. Also dose delicious milkshakes and has free nuts, what more could you want.

Amazing food, clean, welcoming, good customer services! Prices add up well with the quality of the food, so slightly pricey but worth it. Shout-out to our waiter Ash who gave us a warm welcome and got us a nice table :

Went at lunchtime and was great in social distancing and ordering. Did not have a few items on menu. I liked how they give you cutlery in a prepackaged envelope. That's something I hope continues

We have visited GBK few years ago in Dublin and it was a little disappointing. This time though - perfect! Burgers were soo good! Decent size, very well organised with the new normal.

Quick service, for takeaway felt safe good social distancing by staff and they frequently hand sanitized.  Food was great too.

Superb food. Best ever service received over this Covid 19 period. Very friendly staff.
