Ashamed to say it’s taken me this long to have my first meal at Five Guys, and I can safely say I just wish I’d taken time to go there years ago. The Watford restaurant was lovely. The restaurant was very clean and presentable, food was great and the staff very attentive. Fairly priced in my honest opinion and can’t wait to visit again.
Food was great! This Indian girl with glasses explained the menu so well to me as a first time customer and she let me know there is crayons for my daughter today! Definitely will go againFood: 5/5
Got served by Denita B. What a smiley person! What great customer service. Haven’t been 5 guys in years and she was very helpful as I forgot how they work. Someone give Denita a bonus! The burgers are however trash and overpriced. Overrated. Fries are nice. Knocking off 2 stars for the rubbish burger and price. The 3 stars is all Denita. Unfortunately I was already with my side chick.
Ordered from Uber eats, the food arrived in record time while still being hot also the portions we massive so I guarantee you won’t go hungry. If you have a nut allergy be careful as they use peanut oil to cook the fry’s.

Five guys can only be described as an expensive McDonald's, with lacklustre décor and dirty tables. Our food was acceptably tasty and what you would expect from a fast food eatery, but was overpriced for what it was. The restaurant was filthy, in almost an hour I never saw a single staff member come onto the restaurant floor to clean in any way...so I'm not surprised it was dirty everywhere from the seats to the tables to the floors... Located conveniently in the town center in the hub of the high street, this fast food chain I would not return to as it simply had nothing truly unique about it. McDonald's is cleaner and cheaper, Burger King is comparable and cheaper. I recommend going independent or just go to McDonald's as you know what to expect. Just not worth it.
Great burger, no real options for kids so the will have to go with the little burger and that’s just a normal size single burger. Large fries could feed a family of 4. And free refills with your soft drink so if you are a family no need to each get a drink.
Burger is pretty decent and made to your liking. Fries are great. Quite expensive though and soft drink at like £3.65 is way too extortionate.
Fries are good, unlike frozen fries served by many restaurants, they cut fresh fries at stores, pea nut oil adds flavour to them.Food: 4/5
Great place to empty your bank balance but fill up in good ol American goodness! I always head here when I’m home sick originally from USA Cajun fries and Oreo shake a must. Can’t fault any of the burgers or even the veggie and grilled cheese is lurrrrvley... Bon appetite!
