I recently had the pleasure of dining at Giraffe world kitchen at Manchester airport. I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is inviting. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
Editable at best! kinda over price airport food. Nothing that special and the drinks too are also over price. If you are really hungry and there nothing to eat sure give it a go but theres other option around there. Nacho was overly salty, egg on that nacho where over cooked, shredded chicken taste like rubber. My girlfriend food were late even though we place the over at the same time. French fries were shocking bad like the old ktc. Least the bread that where use to make the sandwhich were okay. Had absolutely brilliant service at the Manchester Airport branch - Greta and Roxy were super friendly, and really helpful with my gluten allergy. Really appreciated the extra time and care taken - and food was delicious! Will Definitrly be back Food: 5/5
Food quality cannot say as they don't have a rating here matching my expectation, for £13 breakfast was expecting better quality food, baked beans looked watered down, sausage was like rubber, eggs was cold, pancake was so dry even with the sprinkled maple syrup, just an overall experience not great. Unfortunately manchester airport really don't have any great alternatives. Would recommend before flying eat outside the airport to avoid disappointment.
Felt I had to write a review of the worst vegan breakfast I've ever had Giraffe restaurant at Manchester Airport departure lounge. I sent the first plate back because it was luke warm. They returned with a plate as hot as the sun, burnt hash browns and still luke warm sausages. How??? And then I bit into the toast: cooked on one side only. How??? £15. I feel robbed. I couldn't make too much of a fuss as I had a plane to catch...
Tasty food, quick service. All was prepared great, in good conditions. My family enjoyed all dishes and plan to return next time.Food: 5/5

£16.75 for the driest bacon I've ever eaten, a half burnt sausage, a plate hotter than the food, dry tomato, and about 10 french fries with curdling baked beans. Don't waste your money on the brunch plate!Food: 1/5
Firstly, service was shocking. We had to ask for our cutlery ourselves when the food came, with no chance to ask the server that brought the food- what restaurant does the server not bring cutlery? With the amount you pay to dine here, it is appalling at the way the staff are allowed to disregard such basics. I could overlook this on its own, however when the drinks arrived, both glasses were dirty and full of marks. Again, disgusting and for at least £7 for a pint I would expect at minimum a clean glass. The seats were not clean and had crumbs in them- could easily have been wiped down between customers and yet they weren’t. The food was OK, not terrible but for the price you pay it is absolutely not worth it- portions are small, you get a measly amount of fries and quality could be compared to a posh microwave meal. Most staff seemed to be rude and lacking interest in the customers, save one member of staff who seemed to be apologising for the behaviour of his colleagues. I will not be visiting here again when I fly, as it put a dampener on the start of our holiday and unfortunately this experience was enough to put me off for a long time.
