There are many stories about Manchester Confidential threatening small businesses with bad reviews if they don't sign up. And the discount vouchers they offer? Apparently the deal is that the small business gets nothing and Manchester Confidential keeps all the money. It's possible these are merely rumours, but there are a lot of these rumours. I suspect something is rotten.
Extremely appalled at the vicious bullying and exploitation of small businesses in Manchester. I used to use their vouchers but have learnt that none of the proceeds go to the restaurant and they pocket all the money. Look up a piece written by Manchester Mill on these exploitations and how much they have hurt small businesses throughout the city. Please do not support these crooks.
Great magazine,no waffle and straight to the point,very interesting article on the Belgium beer scene.
Bad practices within this organisation from the top and exploit good local businesses for own gain, do not recommend supporting this tyrant
