The company worked for hired a van for an office move, collected the Luton Box Van and it was spotless inside and out. All paperwork was completed via email beforehand with just a couple of signatures required on collection after I inspected the van for marks etc - great that they had already marked the van up then requested you double checked and were free to take photographs as well. As this was the first time we hired we needed 2 forms of photographic ID and a utility bill so that's something to keep in mind in these days of "everything paperless". Staff were lovely, Caroline and Ruth in the office couldn't be more helpful. Will definitely be recommending and using in the future!
I would recommend using this company to anyone. They are so helpdull and friendly. Had the van for 24hrs to move house but could get finished in time. Lady on the desk was so helpfull and told us not to rush.
