Be very wary of this company. They have scammed my insurance and scammed me out of £100 excess. They took incredibly blurry, low quality images and claimed damage was done to the rented car and despite submitting my own much higher resolution images on receipt of the car that were timestamped clearly showing the damage was already there prior to me receiving the car. I am shocked that any insurance company would deem their evidence viable. If Europcar want to reach out I have no issues with sharing these images with them.
Left my wallet in a hire car was told three times in two weeks that my wallet was not in the car that they do a deep clean of the car with covid, 2 weeks later give up and have to get a new licence and other cards sorted, a week later receive a phone call say we found your wallet inside the hire car after some one else had it on a rental agreement I always leave my wallet in plain sight in the car so doubt deep cleaning of the rental/hire cars are properly done or they higher stevie wonders to do it. To make matters better get told I will receive a phone before closing to go and collect my wallet and hear nothing from them since yet the claim to be one of the best?
Can’t recommend these guys enough! Both Johnny and Stef went above and beyond. Professional attitudes and fantastic customer service! Great value on the rental too and the car was in perfect condition. Do yourself a favour and check out Europcar Portadown for your car hire - you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again guys
Fantastic service, Stephanie who arranged my hire car was exceptional. I regularly hire cars from Belfast International airport but in future I will seek alternative transport to Portadown and go here . Great price , great car and fantastic customer service .
