The atmosphere was lovely and hairdressers are friendly and chatty but I didn't feel like she knew what she was doing. I was charged the restyle rate when it was only a 5 minute trim and no texturing layers was put in which is what I asked for. I went to another hairdressers the week after, and she did exactly what I wanted and I am really happy with it. With my type of hair which is very fine and needs cutting to give it volume, I don't think the hairdresser knew how to handle it or maybe she was worried that she would cut it wrong. It was still limp, blunt and lacking volume after having the cut and I wish I had just paid for the blow dry and cut rate. The girls are otherwise really lovely and make you feel at ease!

Been going here for years now never been disappointed. Friendly, good rates and very skilled in what they do. Highly recommended!

These ladies are great with very young children, watching how they convinced a toddler to have his hair cut was truly a pleasure
