I had a Hydro facial today by Sylwia at House of Beauty! She was absolutely incredible!  Words don't do justice! Really took her time and did not rush at all! The process took about and hour, she then ends it with a lovely jelly mask! My skin instantly felt plump, hydrated and just glows! Highly recommend Sylwia for this amazing Hydrofacial!

I had my second set of eyelashes applied by Agnes today. She's a perfectionist and really takes her time to understand what you want and won't let you leave the salon until you look perfect! I've had lash extensions applied many times before with other salons and they never last long or they seem to fall out in clumps even with the correct aftercare. My first set at house of beauty looked good even after a few weeks!  The salon is spotless and the experience so relaxing.  I would recommend 100%.

I had gel nails, I couldn't believe how good they looked. The care and attention taken was exceptional. I've had acrylic nails before by a different salon and there was no comparison. The salon was extremely clean and and welcoming. I will certainly keep going to this salon

Partner went in for lashes. Was ignored for the first 10 mins speaking in polish to some other client. she had to ask for a patch test. When this was done the woman did it behind her ear but got some on her hair and the sleeve of her new levis jumper. Glad that was free becuase we are £60 down as that glue does not come out! awful.

Unbelievable!!! The only word to describe the customer service. I walked in with my 12yr old daughter hoping a technician was free to do her nails, but one employee had no client and the other did so I was amazed when I wasn't greeted but ignored by the free worker who stood turned her back and proceeded to engage in a conversation in Polish with the other girl who was meant to be attending her client she was filing ladies nails, not so much as hello and we left without so much as an acknowledgement after standing shocked for over five minutes!!!! Avoid as they are rude and obviously have no training in customer service.
