Cannot thank the lovely people who work here enough. Everyone was very friendly when I arrived, and very professional. The woman who did my nails did a very good job, she painted on little moons and stars and they look amazing!! Prices were fair and they made sure I knew the price before they started. Nails turned out great and I’ve had so many compliments on them. All in all an excellent experience and I definitely would recommend this place!!Services: Acrylic nails
My first time here today and can honestly say I will be back !!! Ive always had gels before at other places and my nails are beyond ruined,so I didnt hold out much hope of these guys being able to do something with them. We went with acrylics and wow wow wow I nearly cried at how well theyve come out. Im on holiday for next fortnight and after losing 10 stone I wanted something simple but pretty and these guys did that and more !!! I regularly visit Krystal Nails. Yesterday, I had a full set of acrylics in an ombre style and a gel pedicure. I am always impressed by the quality of their work, I've never felt rushed, I'm given advice if I've ever been unsure of what to have done. They are well established, I always make an appointment but the do accept walk ins too. I highly recommend it!Services: Pedicure
Very disappointed with my appointment, firstly the young man doing my nails was unable to do the style/design I wanted which was very simple, only gel colours nothing fancy. I then chose another design which I liked and again he said he cannot do, I asked what can you do? He suggested block colour. I then chose a block colour design with a little glitter on selected nails which he then charged me extra for, baring in mind this wasn't what I wanted. I had infills, I haven’t never been in and out of a nail bar so quickly before, I spend more time looking for the design than he did on my nails. Whilst there another customer was having a basic manicure she seemed to be a regular as she was speaking about the owners being on holiday she was shocked with the price they charged and said she doesn’t normally pay that much, she asked if she can get gel put on her nails for the extra £5 which in return he said no we have finished your time is over, she was there for whole of 15 minutes.. he was rude and it has defiantly put me off from returning again.Service: Manicure

NAIL SERVICE. There was the manager who caused all this offence. Really bad service. I went with a couple of my family members and when we spoke in our mother tongue to each other the manager told us to speak english and kept interrupting us. He also kept rising prices which led to a customer walking out denying the service, which he then blamed on us for taking up space. The worst service i’ve had ever. Manager seemed to think that we owed it to him to sit and agree to his changing prices - kept rising throughout the hour. So so humiliating for this businessService: Manicure
I just had the most lovely relaxing pedicure, the staff were so nice and friendly. The salon was clean and the treatment was not rushed. Fantastic little place, I will be returning for sureService: Pedicure
on the 3rd of may i booked an appointment at Krystal nails and I waited patiently to get it done and when it came to me getting done when the man was cutting my cuticles the man ended up cutting me and I started to bleed and no apology was applied and when finishing my nails being done they were chipped and dirty like dust in my nails and they were left . my experience here was awful and I wont be coming back
The owners are two lovely people. Hard working and offer a personal service. I wasn't having any treatment but waiting for my partner. They have a wide range of stock, techniques and styles. They are always busy but will accommodate new clients and in my experience, all clients leave completely satisfied with the end results. Their prices are competitive and the personal service is above and beyond.
