Excellent buying experience. Steve provides a professional and pleasant customer service. The vehicle - Mitsubishi Shogun, was just as described over the phone and everything spot on. No negative surprises, unlike with some other car dealers. My faith in car salesman had been restored. I would recommend Getaroundcars to anybody looking for a car. Thank you!

Pre sale service was excellent. Post sale, Steve has failed to return messages left (appears to use answerphone to filter calls), text and Facebook messages. I expressed my disappointment in a comment on one of his Facebook posts, so he has deleted my comment and blocked me on Facebook. All I am trying to obtain is the paperwork for the 3 month warranty on the car we purchased from him. Reputations are built based on word of mouth customer experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Steve at Getaroundcars.

Part exchanged my Citroën C1 about 2 weeks ago. Steve was lovely and very understandable when I forgot the spare key. The new car is brilliant and I couldn't be happier
