I brought a used Ford Galaxy from here two weeks ago, I was promised a missing key would be sent by courier in the next day or two, after a number of emails and phone calls I was told they had lost the key and are looking for it, I said if the key was not found by last Friday it would only be fair if they send me a replacement key. As of now they have not replied to any of my emails. I think it's also important to note that I did not receive any warranty in writing, no evidence that the car has had its checks. Update: I just called the garage and they are going to give me a new key next Friday.

I have just collected my 5.0 Mustang from John at Haywards Heath Dinnages. I must say I am over the moon with the service I received and the professional way that John performed. Highly recommend.

The Ford Mondeo. ST220 , has now waited for over 8 weeks for a part from Germany. Appalling service with no date for the return of the car. I have not been kept informed or kept up to date by dinnages of what’s happening.

Dinnages turned my opinion of Ford dealerships around having dealt with Hendy (Lifestyle) of Horsham, Crawley & Tunbridge Wells! An incredibly helpful gentleman who assessed my Ranger and agreed to buy it there and then, with no hassle and even gave me a lift back!

Came to pick up my Mustang GT, great communication from the start and excellent hospitality. My deal was mostly a phone deal, just came in to collect the car. Greeted by Ted Bradbury, very proactive chap and willing to assist in any way possible! Top marks. Assisted further by Chris who walked me out to the car and was prompt to rectify a couple of small issues I spotted on the car. Happy to help with refreshments also. This dealership sets a standard that not even Ford UK customer services can match! A big thank you to all the team who assisted me 06/06/17 for Dan's old Mustang
