I recently sold my motorhome to 4Front and found it completely hassle free. We agreed a price over the phone and they came and picked it up from Yorkshire within a couple of days. They arrived at 8:00 a.m as promised (in fact they were 10 minutes early!), had a quick check of the vehicle and then arranged a bank transfer. As soon as the payment went through, they got the keys and I got on with my day. It was actually a pleasant experience and I never thought I'd say that about selling a vehicle!

Had an amazing experience buying my new Motorhome form the team at 4Front Car Sales, the huge variety made it tough to choose from, however the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me to narrow the choices down and eventually I found my dream Motorhome!!

JUST WANTED TO SAY
TO THE STAFF AT THE WEST SUSSEX BRANCH. IT MADE A GOOD CHANGE TO FIND A PLACE THAT KNOW'S THE PRODUCT. WENT IN TO LOOK AT A MOTOR HOME I WAS TOLD TO THINK ABOUT WHAT I WANT FROM ONE , AFTER TELLING THE SALES MAN GARY HE TOOK THE TIME TO TELL ME WHAT IS BEST FOR MY SMALL FAMILY . NO NONSENCSE  DIRECT TO THE POINT AND NO OVER SELLING GIVEN THE CHOICE TO GO AWAY AND THINK ABOUT IT . BUT I DIDN'T NEED TO I MADE MY MIND UP THERE AND THEN . YES I DID ASK FOR A DISCOUNT BUT AFTER I WAS SHOWN WHAT HAD BEEN SPENT ON IT . I UNDERSTOOD THAT MY MONEY WAS BUYING THE BEST IT CAN FOR THE BUDGET I HAD, THANKS FOR MY DRINK OF HOT CHOC . GREAT SERVICE  ,

By far the worst attitude I have ever witnessed. I lasted about three minutes with the so called 'sales person' - and that was being generous. Just happily given my money to another dealer. Avoid these people at all costs. Not even worth the one star rating.

Terrible attitude. Went to look at a car suitable to pull a horse trailer and they have lots of 4x4s. But we wanted a petrol model and they only had one, so we asked to look at it - and the uninterested salesman pointed us in the direction.
We had a look around the outside of the car then asked to drive it as it suited our requirements. The salesman deigned to bring the key so we could look inside. All ok so I asked to take it for a drive. 
No we couldn't take it for a drive. Apparently you have to call in to book a drive - and only once you've looked around and are ready to buy!  Even though it was a Thursday morning and no other customers around.  I would have bought the car there and then if it had driven well, but couldn't believe their attitude. They should take some lessons in customer service.
Certainly shan't be going there again :(
