Lee Jason Smith was AMAZING! So friendly and helpful, he lent me an iPhone charger while I was checking out reviews on Google for Otterbox cases. I got a fab deal, Lee knew what he was talking about and totally looked after me. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back for any future mobile phone related items/services. Always an incredible service from Ed and the team at Get Connected. They are forever going the extra mile, certainly more so than the shop over the road. Keep up the incredible work!!

There's an EE shop just across the street, if you're getting a new contract then go there instead. Get Connected aren't interested in faulty phones after the first 28 days and EE are reluctant to send them for repair if they're bought from Get Connected. So cut out the middle man and go straight to EE.  Staff in EE store were friendly and helpful, whereas talking to staff in Get Connected was like drawing blood from a stone. Totally unhelpful.

Friendly staff but the sim only deal failed as the Talk Mobile sim wouldn't work in our old mobile or even in a brand new mobile.
