My first visit inside Electro Clouds Vape Co on Saturday 23/04/22 & assisted by Ben who appeared to know a lot about the products on sale & happy to answer any questions. Impressive & happy with my purchase so far especially after I returned to Australia on 29/04/22. Highly recommend a visit inside this business & staff will give the best advice & I will defiantly return when I'm next in the UK.

Visited this store when passing through the town about a week ago. As a fellow vape-store owner myself, I was very pleased with the selection of stock and the prices. The thing that I was MOST pleased with, however, were the staff. Knowledgeable and passionate about the industry, genuinely caring about helping people switch rather than selling gimmicky tat. These guys are a shining example of what you get with small independent stores. Direct, one to one service with a genuine level of enthusiasm and honesty about their products.
Went in today with my vape as I'm new to vaping. the shop before bamboozled me with info I didn't no. This shop, the lady was so helpful, gave me the info I needed to maximise my vaping experience and now I feel like I'm actually enjoying it. I got the correct things I needed and understand now how to use my device better definitely recommend
Nice shop with lots in it and very helpful staff. Went in not really knowing what I wanted and left with the perfect Vape and liquid setup. Fantastic and would recommend to anyone. While I was there a lot of regular customers were coming into the shop and it seemed like a friendly place to hang out as well.
Great staff who are very helpful, they have a large selection of fluids and hardware.

Ben is super helpful. Gave advice on my first attempt at rda building. Abi answers fb questions really quickly and they are always willing to help if possible. Good choice of flavours available. Took my uncle in to get him off the cigs. Gave great advice and sold him only what he needed. Great service
I've been a user of this shop for quite some time now and frankly speaking my opinion hasn't changed since day one: amazing service, kind and bubbly staff and good quality material of all experience ranges available at good prices. It's most definitely the best vape shop in Tewkesbury and I would recommend it to anyone especially people who are looking to start
Staff and owner are lovely and very friendly, you get excellent customer service and support. If they don't have what you want or need they will get it in for you, there is also a wide range of options available for you to choose from. If you would like to stop smoking by vaping then I would recommend Electro Clouds
