Story

At Gerry's Wines & Spirits we pride ourselves in stocking the UK's largest selection of spirits and liqueurs. Over the years, our store in the centre of London's vibrant Soho has become famous for being something of an Aladdin's Cave of rare, weird and wonderful examples of the distiller's art.

Gerry's also has the ability to predict the next big thing in the spirit world. We were the first supplier to introduce Britain to Absinthe from the Czech Republic, Cachacha from Brazil, and Pisco from Peru.

And now our unique service is available online, with a wide range of spirits and liqueurs including over 150 vodkas, 180 gins, 150 rums, 90 tequilas and lots more...

I bought this beautiful looking truck from Jim, he was so easy to work with and was able to put this custom order together. I came to Jim in a panic as the previous dealership sold my build slot and with inventory so tight he was able to come through for me. We were able to complete everything via phone and email. Then once we agreed on the spec's of the truck Jennifer took over and looked after all the financing and paperwork, once the truck arrived to the dealership Jennifer and Jim looked after everything. The people at my carrier were happy to work with Jennifer as she is on top of her game. Jennifer and Jim thanks for doing such a great job, you made this easy.

I work for a company with a huge fleet that Gerry’s services. Service and repair, they are decent. However the amount of grease they leave all over your truck every single time is absolutely disgusting. If I serviced a truck I would be ashamed to give it back to finding in that manner. Being fleet trucks, they sure show their complete disregard for care. I would hope they don’t treat owner operator trucks the same way not that it should make a difference.

I don't know what the bad ratings people experienced here but I experienced great customer service with very knowledgeable people. Came in had a transmission problem, they kept me up to date on what was going on. Let me use there truck to go get food, then gave me a ride to a hotel and a ride back to the shop. Everyone was very nice and went out of there way to help me. Service was excellent! Driver room was pretty good too,not the best iv seen but not the worst, free WiFi and comfy couches and a tv that you can get a couple channels... Also they have a yard that you can put your trailer in, pretty big too can fit 5 or 7 trailers roughly maybe more. But lots of room To get in and out.

Mike in the parts department was helpful and had the parts I needed sitting on the counter when I arrived.

I can't rate this dealership highly enough. I bought my truck from here 7 years ago from  Pete and the experience was so good that I have ordered another.  The service department certainly know their stuff. From Paul and Wayne at the front desk to all the mechanics. They are friendly and will keep you in the loop for any repairs you need and work their best to keep costs down.  Now the only con! Being a Volvo dealership service charges are a little on the high side but you do get what you pay for. This is the difference between getting done right the first time or getting it done on the cheap  and then having to pay for it to be repaired again!!!  In conclusion a big thumbs up guys

I have had interactions with the owners...great experience. Jake that does outside work...great experience. Dropping off a truck for warranty work to the service dept...less then great. Overall....usually great experience.

Excellent dealership to deal with. Paul diagnoses problems fast. They keep you in the loop the entire process. You're never once wondering what's going on. Would highly recommend them for any repairs or service

I am very satisfied with my experience with Gerry's dealership. I bought a truck from Jim sales representative. He's very knowledgeable about the truck and throughly explained me which truck would  suit me. Jim is a honest and humble person. I am very happy with Jim and his team, I would recommend you to try out this dealership.

WARNING! - STAY AWAY. I REGRET THE DAY I EVEN SMILED AT THESE JOKERS. DISGUSTING BUSINESS. Bad customer service. Makes me wanna quit trucking and I'm only 24 years old !!! They've ripped me off. They charged me $1200 to replace one wire along the frame rail that made me ABS light go on my Volvo. My Volvo had a problem in its automatic transmission and they told me i needed a new transmission which was 25k out the shop when it was a problem in my drive axle !! If you wanna get ripped off then go to this shop. My friend and i both have the same feeling about these guys. They are running their shop to get the most dollar out of you then to be fair and reasonable about how business should be. My friend got charged $1000 for a front end alignment and they ended up returning half the money to him because he said he will take them to court.

great bunch of guys,I arrived at 1115 PM Friday night for a quick assessment and a quote on my side farings coming loose,they came out right away, looked it over,1 guy wrote up a quote, foreman sent out a mechanic to make short term repairs to get me through until I CD get in for proper repairs and I was heading back to the 402 by 1230 Am, FRIDAY NIGHT OF A LONG WKND, I was very impressed with the way I was treated. Now it's a different story on the Volvo manufacturer itself, the issue should be a total recall on faring design, I see countless Volvo trucks with same issue over n over again,$2000 to repair some designers mistake on a trk just over 2 years old is ridiculous!!!!
