I booked in with Abbie to go copper from previously being brunette with balayage blonde. I was nervous before as I have never done such a drastic hair change before but Abbie talked me through the whole process and the two colour mixes she prepared. The whole experience was so great and I loved the result - so vibrant but also natural. Exactly what I was after. And 3 weeks post appointment, it is just as vibrant because I have been using the aftercare shampoo and conditioner Abbie recommended. Will definitely be returning

Abbie is my favourite hairdresser in London! We recently did a big colour change, taking my damaged bleached/pink tint hair to a deep plum in one sitting. I know hairdressers don't work miracles but that's pretty close! Abbie gave me confidence, good advice and clarity every step of the way. She set my expectations well, offered a suggestion of how to get the plum I had in mind to be the most flattering for my complexion. Great experience and Abbie is great company at the salon
Had an haircut done by Anais. She is absolutely fantastic- listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, had done the perfect cut. 2 weeks after and it’s a great result I hate styling my hair so they dry naturally to form the shape I wanted. I booked in for a root tint and balayage with Abbie and it’s the best colour I’ve ever had. Abbie was so warm and gentle in nature, she made me feel at ease straight away. I was really worried about damage as my hair is quite fine, but it’s in fact in the best condition it’s been in in years. Thank you Abbie!
I had the greatest time at George Northwood Well St this week. The whole team was very warm and welcoming. Steven looked after me and gave me such a good haircut / makeover. I have received so many compliments since then on how fresh and stylish I look. Requested style: Bob Hair type: Thin and blond Stylist: Steven made me feel comfortable and took time to listen to me. That really helped me to make the best decision regarding my haircut. He has an impeccable technique and great style.
I struggled to find a hairdresser in London that actually did a good cut and then I found Ollie and haven’t looked back. He’s been cutting my hair for over 3 years and he always does a fantastic job, he knows my style and I trust him. We always have a great chat too. Everyone at George Northwood is super friendly and they do a great head massage too! Highly recommend!
I've been coming here for years, always seeing Kat for my colour. She's warm, professional, and consistently does an amazing job on my hair. I highly recommend her for balayage and highlights. There is only a place I trust for my hair in London and it is in George Northwood. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, modern, and relaxing. Oli is incredibly attentive and listens carefully to what I want, he gives excellent suggestion and makes me feel so good. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever. I highly recommend Oli to anyone looking for a top-notch hairdressing experience.
