Welcome to Why Not Hairdressing
Hairdressers in Victoria SW1 London. A friendly hair salon your hair loves to visit ! Established in 2003 and located in the area of Victoria SW1 London, it has a large and loyal clientele who appreciate a hair salon that gives them the look they want not necessarily the current trend of styles.
Why Not Hairdressing excels at hair problems and potential. Make an appointment to talk to one of the international hairdressers about what you want to achieve and you will leave the hair salon looking and feeling your best.
Expert in ammonia free colouring INOA, treatments, hair extensions this is the place to come when other hair salons have disappointed, but beware once you start, you will find it hard to go elsewhere.
At Why Not Hairdressing there are no trainees, all of the hairdressers have a minimum of 10 years experience and some over 20 as a senior stylist and all have extensive experience in cuts and colours.

Couldn’t be happier with my first cut and blow dry at Why Not! I walked in on a whim, managed to get a same day appointment and had the lovely Bea as my stylist. With so much experience in the hair world, Bea guided me on the style, took note of what I liked and enhanced the final look.  My new london hairdressers moving forward for sure!

Such a friendly team and great environment! Felt welcomed as soon as you come in. I wanted a completely new look and Bea did this perfectly. Trusted her 100% and will definitely be coming back for a cut here. Walked out the salon with a huge smile and am loving the new hair. Bea is awesome!

I have been coming here for years. Aurora is the best hairdresser that I have ever had. She does my highlights, cut and the only blow-dry that stays in for days. Customers are never kept waiting and the salon is clean and tidy and you are not pressurized to buy products that you don't need or want. I would highly recommend both Aurora and the salon in general.

I’ve been going to Why Not for nearly 20 years and they’re still amazing! The Manager, Marco, is fantastic - not only a great stylist but always smiling and welcoming every time I’m there.  Alex has been cutting my hair for the last few years and is an amazing stylist; really friendly and understands what I do and don’t want.

Why Not is a beautiful clean salon with a happy and friendly atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and it's always a joy to visit. Beatrice has been doing my hair for many years and is highly professional and is always a pleasure. I recommended this salon 100% I promise you will not be disappointed!

Alex did a wonderful job changing the shape of my hair - cut and blow dry. My hair is very curly and frizzy, and was dry and felt heavy at the bottom. Alex did a great job layering my long hair for more volume at the top and less frizz at the bottom. He took time to understand my needs and executed it perfectly! I’ll come here again next time I’m in London.

I have been coming to Why Not for many years now, and the service provided is always excellent. The staff, without exception, are caring, kind , efficient and good at their jobs. It is a friendly, environment and customer needs  are always their priority. I would recommend them without hesitation and wish them the very best of luck in the future.

I have been going here ever since I moved to London, and I am so glad that I stumbled upon this salon. Everyone here is so friendly and competent, and I have never left unsatisfied, no matter the stylist that has done my hair.

Aurora has been cutting my hair for 10 years and I have not had it cut anywhere else since then, despite me not being in London any more. It is well worth the 1h+ journey to see her and the rest of the team for their continued first-class service. Here's to another 10 years!
