**Amazing Balayage and Haircut!**  Rali did an incredible job with my balayage and haircut! She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. The results were beyond my expectations—my hair looks stunning and feels so healthy. She is professional, friendly, and truly talented. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch hair services!!!

Absolutely fantastic. The staff is sweet and makes you feel welcomed. My hair dresser was Rali and she is absolutely fabulous at what she does. She explained me the whole process and suggested few options that would help in a jei ring what I was looking for. I had my colour correction done and I’m absolutely impressed by the result. Would definitely recommend.

My visit to this salon was amazing, especially having had Rali look after me. She was super helpful, very friendly and made sure to make my visit a lovely one. On top of it all, she was a great guidance on what I should do with my hair and I had a brilliant haircut and style at the end of it. Definitely recommend!

I came in last week feeling a bit unconfident as I had detected a white hair, so I asked about ideas for how to disguise this in the future as I get older. Nick sat me down and looked at my hair. He found no white hairs. He suggested I simply get a half head of highlights rather than try and go blonde. He told me my hair is beautiful as it is, did a patch test and booked me in today. They called me and offered me an earlier time, which was better for me as I have some errands to run. Nick greeted me when I arrived and Sasa offered me a drink. We discussed the best option for me, I did not feel rushed of pressured and was given various ideas of what colours to choose. Nick made sure that he had the e right vision to perform his colour mixing. The entire process felt relaxing and not too overwhelming. I was offered drinks throughout, and I even got a massage on the massage chair while my hair was washed. Nick was careful to ensure no water went into my ears or eyes and Sasa checked the temperature was right for me.  I’m delighted with the results. A subtle yet significant difference in my hair colour has brought back the confidence I did not have when I came into the salon. I recently visited Michaeljohn London and had my hair styled by Charmaina. I was thoroughly impressed with her skills and the overall experience at the salon. Charmaina delivered an excellent hairstyle that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Michaeljohn London and Charmaina for their exceptional haircare services.

It was my first trip to Michaeljohn and I had a pandemic home hair colour disaster think blonde gone orange!  This was a hard one to correct but Assii more than rose to the challenge and I was restored but beyond that it was the best colour I have ever had.  Service warm and friendly and the salon spotless and Covid compliant.  And my hair, well swish swish - stunning and so many compliments. I shall return!!!! Many thanks Michaeljohn and Assii!!

Love the way Dimitra had cut and styled my hair. I was very anxious about having a cut as I wanted to try something new with long layers and some styling and shaping. Brogan is amazing! She always does a superb job with my colour,  I haven't had someone get the colour so perfect in years! Overall the salon has a really relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back to see Brogan again!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Michaeljohn salon today!  My hairdresser Rali really took her time to help me choose the best colour shade for my hair. I was particularly impressed by her precision and attention to detail! The head massage was also really relaxing. I’m so glad I’ve found this salon and I’ve already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to pamper their hair.

Visited the salon recently had my shirt wet and stained from an inexperienced professional who should have not been practicing on clients. Staff was unpleasant and no compensation
