Four of us popped in for a quick lunch on a nice sunny day and it was perfect. The menu was simple but was backed up by a blackboard with a few specials on the day. The food was excellent; I would recommend the rare roast beef to anyone. There was no fuss and the service was quick which is just what we wanted. Must try it one evening.

If you drive by this pub then you have missed one of the best food pubs in Norfolk. Big mistake! I have been taking advantage of Paul's consistently excellent,freshly prepared great range of food and Sarah's welcoming friendly service since they took over the pub. If you live within 20 miles of the pub you will find (like me) that you'll go back again & again. If you are visiting the area call in and enjoy.

Having driven past this pub for years we gave it a try 2 years ago & have made many return visits. Friendly, homely & every visit shows new improvements to the fabric of the place. The food is fresh local produce, well presented but not fussy. Beers & wines also very good. The owners deserve to do well Michael Eveling

WHAT A GREAT PUB !!!!! Myself & a group of friends enjoyed a great night out at this lovely old pub. All the staff are happy & willing to help. The food was excellent, well presented & obviously homemade. The wine was good & im told by the men in the group the beer was VERY good !!!! We shall be going back again, what a great find !!! We strongly recomed a visit :)
