Always great fish and shops

Excellent chippy located on Portland Street only 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly gardens.the staff are very friendly and good.the good is delicious and reasonably priced.theres a few seats inside the chippy and takeout is available.can get busy during lunch time.definately worth a visit if you fancy a nice chippy meal.

Amazing, golden, crispy, fish, and perfectly cooked chips. Very friendly staff. A bit more draining for the chips and this place would be heaven

Very nice chippy

Nice takeaway, good food, good staff, fantastic chips and curry. Can't really think anything negative about this place. The manager Nasir is a great entertainer and we always have good laughs when he is around.

I stumbled in here around 2.50am asking to buy some sauce for the potato wedges I had bought around the corner 5 minutes previously! They wouldn’t accept any money from me and were generous with their curry, salt and vinegar. I said it was so lovely of them and promised to write a review. Go here! :

Food is greasy and lacks the taste and texture of the food it is meant to represent. The menu items are overpriced for the portion size however the staff are very nice and, more importantly, quick. There are better chip shops in Manchester and not very far away from this one either.

Incorrect opening time. Got here and it’s closed. Food looks good tho

Would recommend the small fish and chips. Very tasty
