Always an amazing service here, brought my grandson in Urgent Treatment Centre had a bit of a wait but that can’t be helped. The NHS is stretched extremely thin as we all know but the staff are polite and friendly when they see patients. Certain patients and relatives who are rude bring the place down
Triage nurse and reception was amazing can’t fault them. X-ray is meant to close at 6:00. We arrived ready at 5:45 after seeing the triage lady and they had already gone home. Nurse apologised on their behalf. If they’re not going to stay until 6 like stated the hours need to be changed.
My daughter who has ASC and ADHD has fractured her little toe, we were triaged, assessed , x rayed and strapped very quickly! we were asked if she was ok in the waiting room and not overwhelmed and if she did we could go to another room, Sasha was amazing with my daughter , very patient and understanding, amazing service from receptionist to whn we left!
The hospital is terrible, the staff at the physiotherapy department should change professions, they are keeping my MRI results and won't share them with me. I called and asked, and the same goes for the attending physician, I have no idea what's going on... they're keeping them. It's a disaster. I don't recommend it to anyone anywhere but here
