Absolutely appalling - I am a registered patient here and I will be changing my GP! Waited on the phone from 8am till 8:30 on hold for a doctors call back only to be told they have all gone for the day!!!

I'm a registered patient here...All the doctors I have seen have been fantastic..take time to explain things.and the receptionist are lovely..And discreet when needed

Supposed to have 5 Doctors available as per the website, cant remember they ever have / had more than 2 present resulting in long delays for walkin patients and upto 4 weeks waiting to book an appt. 👎

Used the walk-in service today due to my practice being unexpectedly closed. Whilst I understand a 2 hour wait cannot be avoided, what can be improved is communication and facilities. The communication to keep people updated on the wait time, and to say sorry if things don't go to plan. The waiting room is not designed for waits of more than 20 mins. There are no facilities for food/drink and no facilities to look after young children. There is a large tv for health adverts but a tiny tv for entertainment. I believe with these small improvements, this would be a great walk-in centre for when your usual GP is unavailable.

The service is ok when you finally get seen. The walk in centre opens at 8am but the doctors are not in. Waited about half an hour before the 1st patient was seen. Only 2 doctors on duty with about 30 patients in the waiting room. Seats very uncomfortable and not good for the back.
