Good so far, we really need these places to keep our bones set right by experts. I didn't have to wait long.
Have to agree with others in here. Never felt so poorly spoken too in any sort of business, organisation etc.. never mind a hospital. I have a , hopefully, fairly trivial ear issue. GP couldn't see me. Was ridiculed for even being there, so much so another man spoke up. Then when they gave me a seat a nurse came out and just did the same thing. Told me "you won't be getting any antibiotics or drugs" accusatorily when I just wanted looked at as I thought it was advisable to be precautious with hearing, maybe not. Even A and E were going to see me the night before and then when an emergency took place they couldn't for hours, which is fair they have limited resource and priorities need to come first. But they told me to go to minor injury the next day. They won't see this and just out of pure annoyance I want it known the reception staff are not fit for a care role, it's your job, they aren't even busy or in the depths of the true crisis at the NHS and nurses are doing all they can but with people lile this working there then this is where aggravation begins. I've now exhausted every option to be seen and even can't get in with my GP. I would never do it but any hearing loss or any damage is directly the fault of these people. Disgusting human beings.
Wonderful nurses and staff, not so wonderful appointment desk staff. Still what matters most is the help you receive and speed but the contrast in attitude is making the experience not as pleasant as it could be considering everyone who gets there is in a considerable pain and distress.
Very friendly medical service! I was suffering from a Surgery GP with where I had no choice to register by ignorance and lies. I had to go to this hospital. I was scared that what if the service would be the same with the surgery… However! The hospital service I experienced was so perfect!!!
Staff were friendly and put you at ease during this covid19 outbreak. Thank you again i didnt feel 1 stich being removed
I waited for 1 hour in patient room in knee injury department .. no one came..
Old building. Great staff. The only thing I hated about here is the lady who sits at reception desk. Very rude. And many times she wasn't even there to guide and help.
First class work on the operation on my foot,, staff have put me at ease from the minute I hopped into the A&E thanks Sam
It's a hospital what can I say. Great staff. Old building. Making the best of what they have.
