Brilliant, brilliant vets. Had to have my beautiful baby boo put to sleep yesterday, the vet & the nurse were amazing, so, so compassionate, so kind. Even the vet was crying. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend aireworth to anyone who has a pet.

I've always been very pleased with the vets and reception staff at aireworth vets. Appointments are always available and timely and the staff are always pleasant and friendly, however; my cat unfortunately came down with a virus recently so, I brought her in and paid the consultation fee and prescription as I expected (no issue with that). I had to bring the same cat back to the vets within the same week because she was constipated. I was appalled to find that I was charged another full consultation fee on top of the bill for more medication. Whilst I have absolutely no problem paying for the initial consultation, I thought it was disgusting that I was charged that twice within a few days for the same cat! The first consultation was very thorough and fair, the second consultation consisted of feeling the abdomen and looking at the eyes. Surely they should have taken into consideration, the fact that I'd already paid a consultation fee a few days prior and just charged for the medication!! I believe charging a full consultation fee twice within a week for the same cat is unjust and unfair and as a result, this vetinary practice has gone down in my estimations.

Just had one of my dogs in for an operation and they were great. Cost came in under the estimate and everything is itemised and transparent. They are really friendly and caring. Would highly recommend.

I did a placement at Aireworth, as a vet student and got to see first hand the hard work and effort that goes into the treatment and care of people's beloved pets. The vets at Aireworth set a high bar for others to follow. My experience was so great that I hope to come back and do another placement in the near future.

Brilliant if a bit pricey. Can't fault the care and attention we and our pet receives. Thank you and HNY.
