Farm shop ok. Carvery has the worst service I’ve ever seen. Meat bought from ASDA. Carvery owner rude and obnoxious. All you can eat prea heated food.

Excellent farm butcher - all meat is from the owner's farm, or another local farmer. Recommended if you care about the quality of the meat you eat, and want to support local farms. Say hello to William, who built the shop decades ago, and still works everyday.

Decent cafe, nice cakes. Outdoor seating and a small children's play area.

Breakfast was fantastic. The best value for money I have been to in Bristol and surroundings

Not actually been to Gatcombe Farm but if they politely ask the parents of bawling kids to shut them up then I might give it a go. As for the whiner who was baffled because not everyone thought their wailing kid was adorable: If I paid £8 I would not want some snivelling child and dewy-eyed modern-mother ruining my meal either.
