Although we didn't experience their ability to do their job well as sadly our move didn't go ahead when agreed, their empathy at a very difficult time was non-existent and Ryan was hostile and lacking in customer service skills. When querying why we had to pay 80% of their quote when we cancelled 7 days prior to the move READ THEIR T&Cs CAREFULLY! we were told pay or we will take you to Court. How lovely!

I couldn't recommend these guys any more. They were brilliant with my mum's house move! Very polite, efficient, tidy and quick on the day. Nothing was too much of an ask. The owner Ryan always responded to calls and email very promptly and the quote was very reasonable. They made the move so easy! Would definitely use again.

We are about to call on Ryan & his guys for the third time in 2 years which is testament to the great service that we get every time.  The packing-up service is worth every penny and more and having all the furniture set up and rebuilt at the other end makes moving house simplicity itself.  Phoenix are reliable, polite, flexible, careful, quick and exceedingly good value.  It is always a pleasure on moving day.
