Easy to find the mens wear as ig is located at iys own floor, and not just a small corner like many other shops out in that street. Not very good quality brand. Some is good, other products dont last at all.

It's a Gap store so you know what to expect. The menswear section is pretty big and they have plenty of sales.

Brand consistency but the sales associates are very obnoxious, at least the ones I had dealt with on more than one occasion. Furthermore when asking for sizes they were unable to help much but guess that they 'may' have the size in.

No one supervising the changing room so went in with as much stuff as you liked. Standing waiting to be served, 1 guy on checkout who had to call manageress to help, as she was helping customer the guy just wandered back onto the shop floor to do nothing, meanwhile another guy standing behind checkout folding clothes and totally ignoring me waiting for service ... then left huge pile of clothes on the counter and wandered away so still waiting to be served. Ended up leaving clothes I was going to purchase and going to Hollister where the staff were super friendly and helpful & ended up spending more than £200, totally will never shop in Princes Street Gap ever again!
