Love this shop normally but am appalled at customer service I just received at store in Edinburgh. I don’t live in the city anymore and am meeting up with friends, so went to buy them a couple of lovely mugs as gifts. I asked as they were gifts if I could have them bagged and wrapped separately, which I offered to pay for, and the sales associate serving me, (who neither smiled or said hello, which is the least I would expect when making a purchase) refused point blank as she stated ‘we don’t sell bags’. I explained as it was two separate gifts I was purchasing spur-of-the-moment and was planning to give now this was why I had made this request, and wouldn’t normally, but again she stated ‘we don’t do that’. I decided to spend my money elsewhere in a shop that would be happy to put my purchases in the two bags I was willing to pay for, and the experience has left me with a very different impression of Anthropologie as a company and the manner in which they treat customers. Extremely disappointed.

Really cool shop with a load of cool, quirky home wares. It's very expensive, but you won't really get too many of the things elsewhere. The shop itself is nicely laid out with a homely, earthly feel.

Lovely shop. Well laid out and beautiful stock. A wee biit too pricey for my pocket, but I do pick up the odd or two. Staff are very friendly and always eager to help.
