Terrible customer service here twice now. The first time we only wanted to ask a quick question regarding the phones they were selling. There were no staff around except for the woman behind the till who served a customer for 15 minutes, she couldn't even have the audicity to say "hi, is there something I can quickly help you with?" Or, "sorry, i'm just ordering something for this customer I won't be long." We obviously got sick of standing there and left. Then today, I took what was obviously a dummy box, to the till, after standing in a line for 10 minutes, for the staff member to say "oh we just sold the last one." Now, obviously it would be good practice to put out the same number of boxes out on the shelf as they have behind the counter to avoid customer disappointment. I don't plan on going back unless they bother to train their staff to have decent customer service or at least some manners.

Friendly staff on hand for advice and assistance on all things game related. Trade in service also.

Has wheelchair flat access. Easy to get around in wheelchair. Lots of bargain but also some bargains are not good. Some second hand games are only a few pounds cheaper than you can buy brand new.

Always friendly. They are not afraid to engage about the games they sell and will always give a true and honest opinion about a game. I always go to this store!
