I purchased a new toilet, basin and plumbing parts from Better Bathrooms for a new bathroom that I installed in my property. Mohammed was very helpful with great customer service skills.  Unfortunately one of their pickers misplaced a part from my order, but this was quickly identified before I left and a replacement was delivered to my address promptly.

Seems like a good place to buy from mainly Internet based has a very good range of items that you can pick up from there distribution centres will definitely buy from here again

Reserved a new AC system in preparation for the threatened heatwave about to hit. Managed to find something suitable and elected to drive and collect from the Appliance Direct warehouse.  The postcode provided did a good job of getting us to the middle-of-nowhere warehousing park. This park was dominated by a huge M&S high bay but didn't seem to provide any way of discovering the location of the unit we needed, despite there being lots of smaller warehousing units all joined together over a wide area.  If you need to find the customer service desk of Appliance Direct, drive all the way to the end of the main road between the units, turn 180°, drive back on yourself but keep looking for a tiny sign on the left pointing you down a road on the right.  Your destination is halfway down this road, on your right.  Wasn't that easy?

VNA Driver.... One of the worst companies I've worked for.  You are just a number, the co workers are all a good bunch and even some of the Management, other management haven't got a clue, I wouldn't trust them to run a kids party or even a bath never mind a warehouse, they are only interested in targets nothing else. If your face fits you will go far other wise they find ways to get rid.  Stay away  A update.  If you got the sack from buy it direct I've been told one of  the agency's will send you back, not sure why you would want to apart from the money on nights for a vna drive was £13.90.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No wonder it took me 19 minutes to get through to them. By looking at their Facebook page I wouldn't of ordered as they have thousands of complaints unanswered. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR OWN MONEY!!

Buy It Direct use a high rate contact number, they don't tell you this on their site, they do this to make money of customers phone calls to customer services, a total disgrace. I will not be using them again.

I WAS INTENDING TO SPEND A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF AMOUNT BUYING AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FROM THIS COMPANY. AFTER READING THE REVIEWS, I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SUBSIDIARIES. WHAT A SHAME.

Fantastic service. Customer services sorted an exchange for me with no issues at all. Went to collect and everything was there ready. Highly recommended
