Staff has always been extremely friendly and polite. I have ordered from this store several times, and have never left feeling like I had received a poor service. I can tell the staff know their stuff. About the store, and games also.

I bought a ps4 today with my wife and 2 year old in tow and the staff were great. We were helped as soon as we walked in the door and when the Bundle I wanted wasn't in stock a better alternative was offered at the till.

Couldn't find how to give less stars than 1! Shop elsewhere if you want something. Poor, poor, poor! Went shopping in game before Xmas and today, was given the same lame lines about their company policy. Apparently, they are allowed (don't know if trade description act would agree?) to put things on display to show what they sell...but not have any stock. This is an obvious contradiction. But you can order from their website. Surely, I would have stayed home and done that but I remembered... Shops! They sell stuff, I'll go shopping and buy from a shop. Utter rubbish. Ended up going to Asda, where the product was in stock and £10 cheaper. Your loss, good company policy by the way!
