today 1st of November about 4:40 the staff worker there really didnt represent the store well just like he didnt wanna be there or didnt even care about anything at all i did not feel welcomed at all im sorry but today youve lost my buisness good luck with getting better staff

I had a problem, and Jag /manager/ helped me not the first time, he is one of the best manager, game company have to be happy with him. I can recommend if you have any problem he do the best. They are helpful and nice all the time.

The best video game store, reasonable prices and a lot of novelty. I recommend not buying the new games in extrenos but wait for days and the prices will be better. Very busy weekends, very friendly staff.

I am not a big fantastic much less of this kind of games; but for some rare occasions I entered this shop and, I could see that the store holds many news on the trendy games  of the moment. As for as prices are concerned, they are not very cheap, but it is enough  to know how to wait because very often, after a while, almost all the games can have discount on the price. To conclude, I can say that the staff is well informed about the games on sale and that they are friendly and well disposed with costumers.

A Game was on the shelf for £34.99 but tried to charge me £49.99, I was offered £5 off as a good will gesture. Not good enough! Trading standards were contacted and a picture of the box and price sticker was sent to them.

Why do none of the shop have a contact number, I brought a Nintendo Switch before lockdown my son as broken the charger Point and I’m been trying to get it fixed

I would like to say Thank you to Jag store manager who solved our problems in no time. Game Company sould be so happy to have him. It wasn't the first time he helped to us in a very kind an patient way.

Really helpful staff who make time to answer all your enquiries even now, 3 days away from Christmas.

Polite & helpful staff, good deals on most the time. Store isn't very big and is hard to get round in a wheelchair but staff came to help me when I got stuck in their display lol. Good & fair on returning items also.
