Asked for a quote 3 times got nothing back. 3 weeks later I get a error short email- prescription not valid in uk. I had all read ordered with Asda, who were nothing but helpful. I felt the company doesn't know what they are doing so I would suggest Avoid.
The worst experience ever, I was needing post IVF medication as didn’t have a lot of medication left. Fertility2U had my prescription for over a week and it was only in the afternoon the day before my delivery was due that they rang to say they do not have stock of a particular product. I then had to run around other pharmacies to get the required prescription who I must say have been much better. I highly recommend using other pharmacies as this company are completely incompetent
I ordered some IVF FET meds in 2022, and Fertility2u.com has been Amazingly Awesome. Whenever I sent them an email, or used their website message feature, someone by the name of Shazia would respond to me right away within 24 hours, answering all of my questions, which was great. My order was also very simple to place, easy to track using their online patient portal, and everything was securely packed and arrived in great time. I highly recommend fertility2u.com, and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future. Thank you for offering such great customer service!
The most unhelpful staff I have ever interacted with. Also more expensive than other suppliers for the same medications. If your clinic uses this supplier, change clinics, or ask your clinic to change supplier. Would give zero stars if I could.
