I recently had an interaction with a staff member whose communication came across as harsh. It would be beneficial for the team to receive additional training in customer service, particularly in communication skills. Additionally, having staff with strong technical knowledge would greatly enhance the customer experience. I hope this feedback can be considered for future improvements.
A huge thanks to Liam for his patience in helping choose a device. Not only helpful but very bubbly, full of smiles and accommodating with our questions. Keep up the awesome customer service.
Terrible experience in this Apple Store. We went in to store after being told to come and collect a phone from refurbishment. We were dealing Divina and she was absolutely disgusting to us. Not helpful in the slightest and accused us of not knowing what we were doing because of a password. Of course we didn’t know what we were doing hence why we were there to get some advise from the “experts”. She looked down her nose at us and did not explain anything, just wanted to get rid of us. we had explained that we had travelled 1 hour and a half to be here on 2 separate occasions and both times we haven’t been able to get the help we need. She said “it’s not my problem. It’s Apple support’s problem” How are we supposed to know that Apple support is a different thing! We were later told by another college. It has left a bad taste in our mouths and as soon and contracts are over we will not be supporting Apple any longer, especially when their employees are as rude as Divina was.
Having visited the O2 shop and being treated abysmally I went round the corner to the Apple shop. Wow what a difference! The lovely young lady Nima I think was so welcoming - she had only been working four weeks but obviously the training here is excellent. I am in my seventies and not in any way techno educated. She listened very carefully and did exactly what I requested - no high pitch sales talk - just updated my phone as requested. Her explanations were brilliant in simple understandable language. I was then taken to another desk where an equally helpful young lady sorry didn’t get her name transferred all my info from my old phone to my new one. I was in the very busy shop quite a while and extremely impressed with the ambience and pleasant efficient staff - well done Apple for showing what customer service should be all about. I would not hesitate to return in the future.
I’ve just tried to get my AirPods Max repaired point, but the staff didn’t even try to reset my iPad only try to get a reaction by tapping one of the both buttons point if I at home with the help of the Apple website for more to try to repel my upper pro than the software. I would say the people there are therefore incompetent. After that, I waited for another 10 minutes and then the guy came through saying that my only option is to pay nearly the price I paid for the AirPods max on third market so I can get them repaired. I think everyone can make their own picture about the store now.
Went to change iPhone 12 battery. It was changed within an hour. Very professional yet friendly people. We tried to call and ask of there was any stock and the phone service wasn’t good but in-store service was awesome. £85 for a iPhone12 battery change is quiet expensive though but I guess premium brand premium price.
After going absolutely mad with a problem on my iPhone I walked into the Apple Store and had it solved within seconds! Very very professional and a huge thanks to Bhoomi! Lovely person to deal with who really knew her stuff!
Very posh and modern looking Apple Shop, located in Highcross shopping centre in Leicester. Shop was busy when I visited, i was greeted by a staff once I walked in and asked if he could help me with anything, which was really helpful as I wanted to buy a phone, not much assistance needed as I knew exactly what I wanted, so transaction was extremely straightforward and easy. Staff was polite, helpful and professional I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name Store was very clean and spacious, full of up today technologies and it’s a happy place. All staff looked smart and most were interacting with customers. Highcross shopping centre has plenty of parking spaces, a little more expensive than other car parks in city centre, but it has lifts and only across the bridge from car park to shops, it would be easier and safer for elderly, families with young children and disabled people.
Already bought the iPhone 16 Pro Max on launch day by special delivery. Went to the Apple store the following day to get some accessories and to do video like I always do every year. The staff told me I can't do video. She said they stopped allowing recording videos at their store 2 years ago; which obviously was a lie. I told them I did video last year for iPhone 15 Pro Max and also did video for iPhone 14 Pro Max. And I've always been allowed, I don't record people; just the gadgets and do reviews on Youtube. After they were caught lying they said they will speak to the manager. The manager came, made some excuse about not allowing video. He also said that if I don't put my iPhone back in my pocket they will have to escort me out. He saw I had cane-stick so it is obvious I had mobility issues. I told him t won't put the phone back in my pocket and I will check out the accessories. I felt bit embarrassed by the behaviour of the staff and the Managers behaviour of Apple Store, Highcross Leicester because they were rude and all of this happened in front of my children. The staff and especially the Manager are unprofessional, rude and clueless. A cousin of mine told me he went to Apple Store in Sheffield and the staff were very rude and racist. I didn't want to believe him at that time but now I do.
Very good service from Dave. He deserves every star of 5. He was really kind, considerate and most of all very helpful and informative.
