Bought samsung fone few months ago after couple weeks fone blocked had been traded in still under contract..fone replaced..new fone kept loosin charge..fone replaced 4 3rd time!! 1st 2 fones unlocked so took 4 granted 3rd fone was unlocked til i changed sim 2 bt!! Tried 2 get fone unlocked but cudn't!!  Asked if i cud change 2 unlocked fone..NO PROBLEM!! And evry time fone was changed they done a smart switch 4 me so evrything was transfered 2 new fone!! The guys (and girl) were amazin and so helpful ( and i've dealt with quite a few of them😁)!! Brrilliant customer care/after sales service..keep up the good work guys (an girl)!!

Pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV - Deluxe Edition through their website on the 4th of November 2016 and payment was made straight away. 

Come release day (after an agonising 10 year wait for this title), this company decides to really fcuk it up for me: game didn't arrive and pre-order DLC (delivered by email) was incorrect.
