Useless company. First and last time I ever buy anything second hand. Got black ops 3 today and the disk was scraped and chipped. Once I waited hours for it to download I put it in and an error message pops up saying that the disk is dirty or damaged. 28 quid too which is a robbery on its own even if the game did work. I'll be bringing back tomorrow, getting a refund and going to Game. F**k this company. If I could give it 0 stars i would. Complete Faud of a place judging by the reviews

Came in store to return an item I purchased online which arrived scratched and the case had water damage. Had to wait an hour for the manager, to be able to return the item. When he finally came in he offered for it to be resurfaced, which was not what I was wanting as the case was damaged. While I eventually got a refund one of the employees muttered under his breath that I was only returning it as I watched it and wanted my money back, which was not the case as it was 1 of 10 items in my online order. The staff in the Enniskillen branch are a lot more helpful and less rude. Will not be shopping in this branch again.

Bought a Ps3 controller £22.00 and asked if they are pre tested.. I was assured by the sales person that they are, brought it home and the D-pad and L2 button don't work???

Terrible company gave me the wrong price for a 2tb hardrive and then refused to give me the money they Owed me. Not to mention that they were very rude and arrogant to a customer they cheated out of his money....
