Called into 02 Rushmere a couple of Thursday night’s ago.  My daughter’s iPhone 5 was not ringing out when she received a call, despite us trying all the obvious methods to fix.  A young guy served me who said (after about 30 seconds) that all my settings were correct and that there was a fault with the phone and I’d need to go to Apple in Belfast.  Next day a friend suggested I googled the fault.  I never thought to do this as I believed I’d done all that could be done.  I went through the google tutorial and had it fixed in under a minute.  It was so simple.  Amazing 02 guy did not know this or that he did not google it.  Got same guy some time ago and I wasn’t pleased with outcome either.
