They call numbers way too fast to enjoy your game. The snack and food stand only has one person to order from and collect your drinks. I missed the start of two games because of it. In other words, very slow. Have the snack and food guy call the numbers and vice versa and it would be good.
People talk during the game as well as the staff making it difficult to hear the numbers being played. The bar served a couple three bottles of wine in the span of two hours, afterwards they were loud and disturbing and staff did nothing about it.
Visited several times. Staffs are nice and great astomphere. However, some old slots are slow.
A newbie to bingo & visited Wigan Buzz Bingo today. Jayne on reception/sales was so pleasant and patient. Took the time to talk me and my partner through everything and was very accommodating. Great atmosphere, bar staff were friendly. Cheap prices and food was great.

1st time we had been to buzz bingo since the change over , was greeted with a lovely atmosphere, staff on arrival where so pleasant and helpful. The bar staff Linda and Dylan where very nice very chatty and made us all feel at home, Bit disappointed with the choice of food And is there

Being entised with a diamond+ package and only winning a 10£ and paying for the extras !! I won't be attending again!! Spent a fortune on drinks!!!
Nice big bingo hall with plenty of parking, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Prizes seemed decent, not that we won any of them. I just wish it was a bit easier for me to have ordered a dessert from our seat. We ended up going without. Maybe a sweet vending machine or something would be good, for the snackers of the world like me. I'll still go back and try and win some prizes or maybe even jackpots
Same people win but some of the staff are so nice
