Lovely coffee, nice location. There is a lack of care with some basic stuff, management needs to be more attentive to details.

Really great coffee, and baked goods. The cheese cake is one of the best I have had in London and the quality of bread is unbeatable. The potato and rosemary bread is divine. You can also pick up a loyalty card and if you have enough stamps, any loaf of your choice goes home with you.

Gail's always has fresh and delicious bakery stuff but what makes this place uniquely pleasant is the people who work here. They go the extra mile to provide customers with the best service.

Friendly staff , fast service... Lovely decoration and the most important tasty choices..all.the pastry and the sandwich that I tried were delicious....
