Very pleasant, caring and helpful staff. I shuffled in, barely able to walk and with untied shoelaces due to a lower back problem and one offered to tie my laces for me. Had a helpful discussion about choosing a walking stick too. I've never had a long wait there either to be seen or for a prescription to be made up.

I always go here for the kind, professional service. Also, if you get to know them, you might get some of the best bants this side of the river Cam.

Poor attitude. Staff suffer from a distinct lack of empathy. I feel bullied when I am in the shop.  Staff stand right in front of me when I complete my prescription even if I politely explain this makes me uncomfortable.   

Recently I arrived suffering from nervous trauma. I was not given any precedence to be served when I couldn't stay in the shop. They were nasty. I was left given the impression they were proud of their nasty behaviour.  One of the female staff makes comments like 'Council' to me. Fortunately two of the staff have a very helpful attitude hence the one star.

The staff either need to be replaced or trained in their attitude.

The staff need to go on a customer relations course.  I have been going here on-and-off for over a decade because it is my local pharmacy, but it was my last visit. I had an atrocious experience today where the core issue was that I felt very devalued as a customer:

- The pharmacy staff ignored me/made me feel like I was invisible.
- When I asked a question about whether they had a medication the staff member at the desk just called out the name of her colleague and kept her head down.
- Finally the cherry on top was that my request was greeted by sarcasm.  I didn't think sarcasm and belittling of customers was supposed to be part of the job-description of a pharmacist

Impolite and ill-mannered.
