Good big shop with everything you could need. One star off as I asked a staff member who was chatting with another couple of staff about the location of the photo printing machine, she pointed in the general direction and told me if I wanted any more info to queue for customer service. It just came across that she couldn't be bothered helping and would rather stand around chatting. Everyone else I dealt with instore was very helpful.
The worst Click and Collect Service anywhere, expect to wait at least 10 minutes before they come with your items. Everytime I order it is the same here. Click and collect is supposed to be convenient not waste time. Last time I was waiting over 15 minutes and asked at Help desk, the reply was just- you just have to wait, they are "probably" busy"
Not a lover of Asda, only went because we were over that way. The fruit had to be thrown away the next day, not keen on their produce. The clothes section is not good, cheap and not good quality. Gave 3 stars as the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Just had the most horrific shopping experience at this store. The person whose name is Paul working behind the lottery counter was rude to me. His attitude was appalling. Shame on you Asda for employing this sort of rude person Follow up comment: The person whose name is Paul working behind the cigarette/lottery kiosk. If you observe how he is treating certain customers with rudeness, you will understand what I mean and what is behind his attitude/hatred.
I visited your store earlier this week and was helped by a very polite and patient staff member at the scan and go when I experienced some issues with completing my transaction, she appeared rather busy with other tasks, but stopped to come to assist me, she is a credit to your store and a role model for other staff. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch the girls name, she had only one arm though
Customer service is dreadful. I've been shopping in this place for the last 20 odd years, & customer service is going down really fast. If you're spending over £100 & would like to be served by real people as I do? Forget it! It's like begging.
Great service today at the self scan, from the girl with half an arm. she was very polite whilst i was queuing waiting to pay, apologising for the wait and managing the queue as quickly as she could, whilst also helping people at the tills too, nice to see her still smiling despite it being busy and demanding of her.
I was shopping in store, heavily pregnant, when a staff member called Kevin approached me. He asked about the pregnancy, and informed me that if my waters were to break in Asda, I would get a year's supply of free nappies! He went away, but came back with a gift for the baby, which was really kind. Thank you Kevin. I was then in the freezer section and another staff member, whose name I didn't catch, pointed me in the direction of all the freezer offers. Two very kind and thoughtful staff members.
The quality of the products are not very good and we had to wait more then 2hrs for a delivery that apperently was late. But nobody notify us or anything. This in unprofessional. And you guys doesn't even seen to have a space in your website for a claim section.
Total disregard for safety. Very poor response from store and no reply from Head Office. Adults be careful yourself and protect your Children.
