Bought a dishwasher and my dad couldn't fit it because he thought the appliance was too big for the gap, I called Craggs and asked if they would swap it for me, Kevin said he would send a fitter round who managed to get it straight in and connected within minutes and they didn't charge me either!! Will absolutely use them again, went above and beyond and didn't charge me either!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 10 STARS!!
Placed an order on Thursday evening for delivery on Monday, had an email about an hour after placing my order to say they'd be delivering in my area the next day. So my order arrived less than 24 hours after placing it. Great customer service and very nice delivery guy gave me a call when he was outside my work and carried my order to the car. Would definitely use G Craggs again when looking for an appliance
I recently bought an LG washing machine from the Ripon branch. I would like to praise the punctual, efficient and completely professional way in which the Craggs team dealt with my purchase. My daughter and I have bought appliances from this company before and we will continue to do so. we highly recommend them in every way.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at GCraggs. Went in at about 1pm to order my item, it was delivered and fitted by 3.30 pm Fantastic service from Kevin and Andy and the other lovely chap who's name I didn't quite catch! Would highly recommend
A really friendly run family business. Highly informed staff selling a wide selection of electrical goods. Some high end but price wise as good as the warehouse people. Delivered when they say and never any trouble to take your old items away. Great choice at a great price by fantastic staff. They even recommended a Ariel company to come and sort my TV's out after the Billsdale fire. Well worth popping in to your local shop. Saves time, money and shoes leather going to the so called big boys. I would recommend them to anyone
Excellent! Good price, decent range, very knowledgeable staff and no pressure. We had been looking at battery powered vacuums online but needed to 'read between the lines' of the sales blurb. Nick really helped us to make a choice that we are now really pleased with. Far better to use shops like this, where staff want to help you choose and delivery/fitting/removal can be arranged if needed, than risk an ill-informed online purchase for the sake of saving a few pounds. And, I discovered later, it was no cheaper online!
Staff are very helpful, and and the price was good taking into account fitting and removal. I had a washing machine and a tumble dryer go wrong within four weeks. All sorted very quickly and in the middle of lockdown with social distancing. Thanks a lot Kevin and John.
We had a great experience choosing our appliances after purchasing our kitchen from In House Kitchens just up the road. The staff had a wide range of knowledge and understood what we required.
