First found these folks when searching for a Hunter Douglas dealer. We're extremely happy with our Banded Shades and any problems that arise are quickly remedied. Then they helped us find perfect rugs and beautiful furniture for living and dining areas. Totally positive experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for help with design and if you're looking to establish a relationship where you shop.
I recently had done some remodeling in my home and had the wonderful staff of Furniture Finesse help me with some new furniture and draperies. They were very helpful in putting together a beautiful layout and new draperies. Their staff is an absolute pleasure to work with and the quality of products they offer are first class. Thank you so much I just love everything!

My Wife & I are so very happy with our new blinds. Susie from Furniture Finesse came out Early Saturday morning, caught me off guard, and measured our window, 126 inches wide. She was very professional and 3 weeks later, As Promised, we had a new blind for our front picture window. My wife loves the ability to change and program when our blind goes up or down. Piece if cake. We contacted 5 other companies and none of them could do the job. Call Susie Mummert from Furniture Finesse for great service.
Susie and Rebecca were amazing! They helped us update our family room. They were patient as we took our time to pick out exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier with everything.
Susie and Rebecca assisted Doug & I every step of the way. The only thing we had was a room, color and plain white blinds. Rebbeca helped bring her vision alive which ended up being our office from selecting the furniture, area rug, artwork, custom drapes and chairs. We both are big and tall, so it took a while before we found the right office chair and we are so pleased with the custom Bradington Young Eastwood Home Office Swivel. Everything is just perfect! Thank you Rebecca!!
I really enjoy Furniture Finesse. Their inventory of window coverings, floor coverings, and furniture is amazing. I had problems with one of my Hunter Douglas blinds purchased for my home over 20 years ago. Sue at Furniture Finesse took great care of our problem, sent the blind back to Hunter Douglas, and it was delivered to my doorstep free of charge. The service and friendliness was wonderful. It is pleasantly surprising to me that Hunter Douglas stood behind their blinds after so many years. Thank you again Sue and Furniture Finesse for your expedience and expert guidance in this matter.
